Our Warranty

  • 10 year limited warranty on cabinet boxes and doors.
  • Lifetime warranty on moving parts.

Danma Kitchen Cabinets warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original home owner for a period of ten years. Danma Kitchen Cabinets warrants the materials and cabinets we manufacture to be designed and engineered in accordance with customary industry standards and practices. Certain conditions may apply, please contact our sales representatives for details.

Installations performed by Danma Kitchen Cabinets, persons in our direct employ, or subcontractors employed specifically by Danma Kitchen Cabinets, are included in this warranty. We only recommend companies that have a proven track record of excellent customer service. This warranty is null and void if the cabinets are installed by third parties not designated by Danma Kitchen Cabinets.

In the event of defects in workmanship and material and the failure of products supplied by Danma Kitchen Cabinets to conform to this agreement or warranty, Danma Kitchen Cabinets will repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where an inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within ten years after installation, provided that the defect or malfunction was not due to accidents, alterations by the customer, misuse, abuse or neglect. Danma Kitchen Cabinets shall not be responsible for shipment and installation costs as the result of repairing or replacing the item.

The products purchased under this agreement shall be used exclusively by the customer and by no other person, and therefore there shall be no third party beneficiary to any of the warranties, express or implied, contained in this agreement. To file a warranty claim, the purchaser should contact our sales representative to arrange for an inspection of our product, and cooperate fully in supplying the necessary information, as well as access to the premises, relative to the defect or malfunction.

Stained Wood

All wood species undergo a gradual aging process that will enhance the texture, color and grain patterns in the wood. This warranty does not apply to the natural mellowing and aging of wood products due to the effects of natural and artificial light, or other environmental factors that can affect the woods appearance, such as excessive exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures. While we make every effort to ensure that all of our finishes are consistent with our samples, variations in graining, knots, mineral deposits and color are inherent in wood and are considered acceptable, and therefore not covered as a warranty issue.

Painted Wood

On painted multi-piece wood doors, it is inevitable that the joints in the door will telegraph through the painted finish. In most instances, this joint will open up, and develop a hairline crack on the door face. These cracks in the joints are considered normal and acceptable, and are therefore not covered as a warranty issue. To avoid cracks, Danma Kitchen Cabinets offers alternative one or two piece MDF doors, which do not have joints on the face.

All countertops supplied by Danma Kitchen Cabinets, but manufactured by others, shall not be covered by this warranty, but by the warranty given by the manufacturer or distributor from whom Danma Kitchen Cabinets obtained the product. Should an issue arise, we will gladly act on our customers' behalf in seeking warranty service from the manufacturers that we have hired. The manufacturer's warranty often only covers the materials, and not the fabrication of the countertop, or the shipping or installation costs; those costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
